Instruction

How to use:
1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface.
2. Hold the knife with your dominant hand.

4. Slot 2 ceramic -Diamond Rod for preparation, Pull back several times at 45 degrees angle.
5. Slot 3 fine- For fine tuning: To finely sharpen, polish and eliminate burrs on the blade. Pull back several times at 45 degrees angle.
6. After use, clean the knife and sharpener. Do NOT wash the sharpener in the dishwasher.
Caution:
1. No suitable for serrated knives.
2. Do not push and pull you knife back and forth. Use one direction only.
3. Do not apply downward pressure.
4. Keep out of the reach of children.
